CONTAINER DOLLY: ACD 1600-02 MANUAL LOCK OPERATION

The ACD1600-2 is engineered for durability and features a sleek profile. Its turntable and pedal locking system allow the dolly bed to rotate freely through 360° or lock securely at a 90° angle, providing greater flexibility for container loading and unloading. The front and rear platform extensions further enhance functionality by enabling seamless container transfers between adjacent dollies.

Equipped with a fifth-wheel steering system, the dolly offers smooth manoeuvrability, ensuring that each unit in a train follows the towing tractor's path with precision.

The parking brake is activated by positioning the tow bar upright or down, with release facilitated by a foot pedal located below the tow bar. The dolly is finished using shot peening and primed with two top coats for durability, or alternatively, hot-dip galvanizing is applied for an extended service life.
